Accessibility Standards

 York Regional Police is proud to inform residents that under the Customer Service Standard of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), we now provide our AODA procedure and related documents to persons with disabilities in mutually-agreed-upon alternative formats that take into account the person’s disability.  This can include, but is not limited to, CD-ROM, large print or electronically via email.

Feedback regarding the way York Regional Police provides goods and services to people with disabilities can be directed to the AODA Coordinator. A response will be provided within 30 days in the same manner as the feedback was received.
