Who can obtain a copy an accident or incident report?
Individuals:
Fee: Accidents $60 (cash, debit, Visa, Master Card)
Incidents $45 (cash, debit, Visa, Master Card)
Individuals involved in an accident/incident must attend in person at either of our two locations listed in order to obtain a copy of the report. They must present one piece of identification. (a person picking up an accident or incident report on behalf of the person must have written documentation from the person authorizing the pick-up) Please note that all information relating to witnesses or injured parties will be blacked out.

Fee: Accidents $60 + HST = $67.80 Incidents: $45 + HST = $50.85

A written request letter along with the correct fee attached must be mailed in. All requests must provide sufficient information to allow us to identify the report in question, i.e., accident number, date, location, officer’s name & badge number, name of person involved. A valid email address along with a fax number must be provided on each request letter.
