York Regional Police has sadly located the body of a 58-year-old man, missing from the City of Markham.  

On Wednesday March 7, 2018, at approximately 9:20 a.m., police were called to a parking lot on Via Renzo Drive in the Town of Richmond Hill in regards to a body observed inside an abandoned vehicle.

The vehicle was determined to be registered to missing man Chuen Chiu Peter CHAN who was last seen at approximately 8 p.m. on December 29, 2017.

A post-mortem examination has been conducted and has confirmed that the remains are that of Mr CHAN. His death is not considered suspicious.
