Uniform Member Benefits
Member insurance coverage includes extended health (dental, optical, prescription drugs, travel health insurance, semi-private hospital care, etc.), life insurance, long term disability (LTD) and accidental death and dismemberment. Coverage is extended to partners and dependents and begins on the first day of employment.

Vacation:
0 - 1 years = 8 hours for each full month (maximum 80 hours)
1 - 5 years = 15 working days (120 hours)
5 - 10 years = 18 working days (144 hours)
10 - 15 years = 20 working days (160 hours)
15 - 20 years = 25 working days (200 hours)
20 - 25 years = 30 working days (240 hours)
25 years + = 35 working days (280 hours)
