Officers talking to teens

Developed in partnership with the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation, the Future Aces Positive Ticket Program rewards young people who are "caught in the act" of demonstrating positive behaviour and good decision-making skills.

Handed out by police officers, the tickets explain the attributes of the Future Aces philosophy which promote Attitude, Cooperation, Example and Sportsmanship.

York Regional Police Community Services Officers launched the initiative in September 2007 by implementing the Future Aces Positive Ticket program in schools and the community to promote relationships between officers and young people.

Founded in 1987, the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation is a non-profit, registered charitable organization. The foundation works in connection with hundreds of schools and organizations across Canada to celebrate successes and foster positive behaviour in youth.
