The Community Safety Village of York Region can make a huge difference in the lives of children through our work with community organizations such as the Girl Guides, Scouts etc.  During the spring and early fall, we offer programs in traffic, bicycle and fire safety for children between the ages of five to 10.  Sessions run Monday to Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and must be pre-booked by email at csv@yrp.ca

Please review a description of all our programs here.  Each class session is 60 minutes in length and we are able to accommodate 30 children in either the fire safety class or police safety class.  When booking your group for a visit, kindly advise of the approximate number and age group of the children attending.  All classes visiting the Safety Village must supply an appropriate number of parent volunteers.  We recommend one leader/parent volunteer for every five children in attendance in order to provide adequate supervision and assist with the program.

To confirm your participation, please complete the correct form and send it by email to csv@yrp.ca or by fax to 905-927-1215.
