Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a Hamilton man wanted in relation to a break and enter where firearms were stolen.
On January 30, 2025, police responded to a commercial building in the area of Highway 7 West and Keele Street in the City of Vaughan for reports of a break and enter. The victim reported that a safe used to store firearms was stolen.
Through investigation, police arrested one suspect and issued an arrest warrant for a second suspect.
On April 15, 2025, the second suspect, Olivia Jorge Alejandro RODRIGUEZ was arrested and is now charged.
The firearms remain outstanding and the investigation is ongoing.

- Disguise with Intent
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm x3
- Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence
