What information is required?

In order to be included in the program, York Regional Police requires each location to submit a C.L.E.A.R. datasheet. This datasheet includes information regarding:

  • Premise
  • Primary contact
  • Administration and facility
  • Hazards on site
  • Floor plans

To ensure accuracy, information will be verified annually.

Completing the datasheet

To complete the datasheet, use the drop-down menus to make a selection. Mandatory fields are indicated by a red box. Some fields include hints to ensure you enter the appropriate information; these hints will appear when the cursor hovers over the field.

The CL.E.A.R. datasheet can be saved and printed for your records. To submit the datasheet, click 'Submit'. The datasheet also allows users to attach floorplans in .pdf format. These floorplans are particularly critical to ensure the effectiveness of C.L.E.A.R.

Please note: Adobe Document Cloud may be required to complete the datasheet. If you do not have Adobe Document Cloud, complete the datasheet as best as possible, save the file and submit the datasheet and floorplans via email at clear@yrp.ca.
