Missing Youth from Richmond Hill

Investigators with the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old from the City of Richmond Hill.

On Thursday, July 24, 2025, around 2 a.m., Elliot was last seen leaving the family home in the area of Elgin Mills Road and Leslie Street.

Elliott does have a cell phone that has since been turned off, as well as access to some money.

Police and family are growing increasingly concerned for Elliott’s well-being.

Description:

  • 16-years-old
  • Asian
  • 5’7”, 130 Lbs.
  • Brown eyes, wears glasses
  • Long, black straight hair
  • Last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, blue plaid pajama pants, white platform sneakers, carrying a black-and-blue backpack
