On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at approximately 6:50 a.m., police responded to the report of a break and enter in progress in the area of Old Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue East. The police service is proud to announce the roll out of body-worn cameras in spring of 2026, designed to deliver transparency and accountability, while enhancing the safety of both citizens and police officers.
