Investigators from the York Regional Police #5 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a suspect after a series of theats were made in the City of Markham.
Between August 1and September 18, 2025, police responded to nine incidents of a suspect making threatening remarks towards women in the area of Fincham and Larkin Avenues. The suspect uttered threats and made threatening gestures to victims.
On September 23, 2025, the suspect was located in the same area and was taken into custody.
Investigators are releasing a photo of the suspect as they believe there are additional victims and are encouraging them to come forward.

At the time of his arrest DUNGY was on probation and was subject to a prohibition order for unrelated incidents.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information to please come forward.
