Missing Woman from Richmond Hill

Investigators with the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 54-year-old woman from the City of Richmond Hill.

Louiza was last seen on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11 a.m. near her residence in the area of Yonge Street and Carrville Road.

She has not returned home or contacted her family, raising concerns for her well-being.

Louiza is believed to be carrying a large brown bag containing her dog. 

Description:

  • Female, white
  • 5’2” tall, 125 lbs, thin build
  • Shoulder length blonde hair
  • Last seen wearing a white baseball cap with “NC” logo, a black jacket, blue jeans, grey shoes and black-rimmed glasses
