Investigators with the York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are seeking three suspects after a home invasion in the City of Markham.
On Saturday, June 14, 2025, at approximately 10:50 p.m., police responded to a home invasion at a residence in the area of Apollo Road and Stella Drive. On scene, officers learned that three suspects forced their way into the home and demanded the keys to a vehicle. At least one suspect was armed with a knife. The suspects fled the scene in the victim’s BMW.
There were no reported injuries.
Through the course of the investigation, one suspect was identified. On Friday, June 16, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued for Brandon MARCIEL.
Investigators are working to determine the identity of the remaining two suspects and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

Suspect 1: - Male, white, 5’8”, last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt with a Los Angeles Lakers emblem on the chest and sleeve
- armed with a knife.

Suspect 2: - Male, Black, 5’6” tall, with an afro hairstyle, last seen wearing a green GAP hooded sweatshirt and a black vest.
