Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau Major Case Team have arrested a man after a 2024 shooting in the City of Vaughan.
On June 1, 2024, police were called to an industrial yard in the area of Highway 27 and Highway 407 for a weapons call. The complainant arrived at work and found the windows of the main door shattered. Multiple vehicles within the lot also appeared to have been struck by bullets.
Security video at the premises shows a male entering on foot and discharging a firearm toward the front doors. As the male flees, he fires multiple times at the parked vehicles within the lot. Fortunately, there were no injuries as the premises and vehicles were unoccupied at the time.
Following a lengthy investigation, Brandon MORGAN was charged on April 25, 2025.

- Mischief to Property Over $5,000
- Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
