A dump truck driver has been charged with impaired-related criminal driving offences after causing a collision in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.
On Monday, March 9, 2026, at approximately before 10:45 a.m., officers responded to a collision in the area of Bloomington Road East and Ninth Line.
