Mascots

York Regional Police has three mascots which attend community and school events throughout the region. Morris the Moose, Bucky the Beaver and Bobby the Bear greet and entertain people of all ages. These volunteers are often the first point of contact for members of the public at community events and initiatives, so they play an important role in community and youth engagement. These furry friends are accompanied by a mascot escort wherever they go.

We are currently recruiting both mascots and escorts.
