A man has been sentenced to five years and issued a 15-year driving prohibition after a May 2024 fatal hit-and-run in the City of Vaughan.
In September 2025, 25-year-old Harnoor CHAUHAN, of Vaughan, pleaded guilty to Dangerous Driving Cause Death, Fail to Stop After an Accident Cause Death and Public Mischief.
On December 15, 2025, Honorable Justice M. Fuerst sentenced CHAUHAN to five years and imposed a 15-year driving prohibition.
