Community Safety Village
An interactive miniature village where children learn how to stay safe at home, on the road, and in their community.
Youth in Policing Initiative (YIPI)
A summer employment and mentorship program that helps youth build leadership, teamwork and workplace skills while developing positive relationships with police and the community.
Police Community Advisory Council
A volunteer advisory council that promotes dialogue, understanding and relationship-building between York Regional Police and the communities we serve.
Neighbourhood Watch
A community-based crime prevention program that encourages residents to work together to make their neighbourhoods safer.

York Regional Police participates in community meetings, school presentations, cultural celebrations, safety events and outreach initiatives throughout York Region.
Requests may include: Safety presentations, community meetings, youth engagement events, educational workshops or other outreach opportunities.
