Collision Reporting

Motorists involved in collisions occurring in Aurora, King, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan or Richmond Hill may report collisions to the Collision Reporting Unit, located at the Community Resource Centre.

Save time by calling 1-866-876-5423 to be assigned a report number in advance.

If your collision occurred in East Gwillimbury or Georgina, report at #3 District headquarters.

Customer Service Unit

Operating from the Community Resource Centre, members of the Customer Service Unit offer a variety of services, including:

  • Police Criminal Record Checks
  • Police Information Checks
  • Police Vulnerable Sector Checks
  • Proof of loss police reports
  • Incident summaries
  • Pardon applications 
  • Real-time identification fingerprinting for pardons, adoptions, Canadian citizenship, visa or border crossing and FBI cards
