Appeal for Witnesses After Attempted Commercial Robbery in Vaughan

Investigators with the York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are appealing for witnesses following an attempted commercial robbery in the City of Vaughan.

On Friday, March 6, 2026, at approximately 2:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of Chrislea Road and Jevlan Drive after receiving reports that four suspicious males in ski masks were attempting to enter a jewelry store. The suspects were unable to gain entry and fled in a waiting white Nissan Kicks being driving by a fifth suspect.

No robbery occurred and no injuries were reported.

All five suspects are described as male, wearing dark clothing.
