- Criminal Record Checks
- Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Checks
- Vulnerable Sector Checks
- Proof of loss reports
- Incident summaries
- Record suspension applications
- Real-time fingerprinting for record suspensions, adoptions, Canadian citizenship, visa or border crossing

The Police Record Check Unit has moved to York Regional Police Headquarters in Aurora. Please review our location and hours carefully before scheduling your appointment.

On all other dates, the Police Record Check Unit will operate under its regular schedule:
Open by appointment only
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (phone support from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Saturday, Sunday: Closed
