York Regional Police is seeking East South East Asian Food and Market Vendors to participate in our Mid-Autumn Festival community event.

This is a newer community event celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival and the importance of family, unity, culture and community connection.

Please provide the complete business address, including street number, street name, and municipality.
Please provide details of your menu items, products, merchandise, or services. Include potential pricing where applicable.

Cost: FREE – no vendor fee

Please note:

  • Submitting this application does not guarantee vendor approval.
  • York Regional Police does not guarantee attendance numbers.
  • The event will take place outdoors rain or shine.
  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs and lighting.
I certify that all food and beverages served at this event will be prepared, stored, transported, handled, and served in a safe and sanitary manner, in compliance with all applicable Public Health regulations and food safety requirements. I confirm that all food will be fresh, fit for consumption, and that every reasonable measure has been taken to protect the health and safety of the public.

I acknowledge that, in order to participate in the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival, I am required to provide Special Events Staff with all mandatory documentation (if applicable) by September 8, 2026 by emailing rsvpevents@yrp.ca. Required documentation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Food Handler Certificate
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Proof of a passing Public Health Inspection
  • Business Licence and/or Refreshment Vehicle Licence
  • Any other documentation required to participate in the event

I understand that failure to provide the required documentation by the deadline may result in my application being denied or my inability to participate in the event.

Note: The Food Safety Certification and Required Documentation section is mandatory for Food Vendor Applicants only. If you are a Market Vendor, these requirements do not apply, however, please check the boxes to ensure successful form submission.

I understand this event will take place rain or shine and there is no guarantee with attendance.

I agree and acknowledge that I will not hold York Regional Police and its members, staff, and event partners liable or responsible for any loss or damage including vandalism, fire, water damage, and weather.

I authorize York Regional Police to use my submitted product photos and videos to promote my goods/services on YRP websites and social media.
