Suspect Charged for Criminal Harassment of Youth in Keswick
Investigators with the York Regional Police #3 District Criminal Investigation Bureau have charged a suspect in connection with multiple incidents involving inappropriate comments made toward groups of young females in Keswick.
Between August 10, 2026, and September 1, 2026, the suspect approached groups of young females and made inappropriate verbal comments, including sexual remarks about their appearance. In one reported incident, the accused followed the youths to their residence and remained outside of their homes.
The suspect was seen driving in a white Lincoln sport utility vehicle.
Charles BLAIR, 80, of Georgina, has been charged with six counts of Criminal Harassment.
