Van Boa Nguyen, 27, was shot to death on March 8, 2002 in a marihuana grow house in Maple.
An investigation revealed that at 1 a.m., three suspects forced their way into Nguyen's house at 120 Findhorn Cr. and forcibly confined him before executing him.
The murder was directly linked to Nguyen's grow operation, which included several hundred mature marihuana plants in the basement of his house. His murderers, however, have not yet been identified.
