Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are appealing for witnesses after three houses were the target of shootings in the City of Vaughan.
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at approximately 6:20 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at a residence located in the area of Farrell Road and Via Romano Boulevard. A male suspect was observed firing multiple rounds at a house before fleeing the scene in a dark-colored sedan.
On Sunday, September 7, 2025, at approximately 4:20 a.m., officers responded to the area of Pottery Place and Blue Willow Drive for the sound of gunshots. On scene officers located a vehicle that had had been shot. A male suspect was observed fleeing the scene a dark-coloured sedan.
At approximately 4:45 a.m., officers responded to another report of the sound of gunshots, this time in the area in Allison Ann Way and Via Romano Boulevard. On scene officers located damage to both a residence and two motor vehicles. Again, a male suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a dark coloured sedan.
All three residences were occupied at the time of the shootings, but no injuries were reported.
In all three incidents, a dark-colored sedan was observed fleeing the scene, and it is currently believed to be the same vehicle involved.
Investigators have established a link between two of the incidents, but investigation remains ongoing.
Investigators are seeking any additional video surveillance from the area or anyone who may have captured dashcam video on the roadways at that time. Anyone who has not yet spoken to police is asked to please come forward.
