Investigators with the York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying at least two suspects following a commercial robbery in the City of Richmond Hill.

On Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 3:20 p.m., officers responded to reports of a commercial robbery in the area of High Tech Road and Red Maple Road. On scene, officers learned that two suspects, armed with at least one metal object, entered the store and began smashing glass cases. 

The suspects obtained a quantity of electronics before fleeing in a pick-up truck that was driven by a third suspect. 

The pick-up truck, a black Ford F250, was determined to be stolen from the City of Toronto. It was last seen traveling southbound on Highway 404. 

There were no injuries.

Suspect #1: Male, white, between 30 to 40-years-old and approximately 5’6” tall. He was last seen wearing an orange T-shirt, white shoes, grey pants, a black and white hat, a medial mask and gloves. He has a tattoo on his right forearm showing four large characters.

Suspect #2: Male, white, between 30 to 40-years-old and approximately 5’6” tall. He was last seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt, blue jeans, white shoes and a black hat. He has a large floral type tattoo covering his left upper arm area. 

No suspect description was obtained for the driver of the pick-up truck.
