Toronto Man Charged with Sexual Offences Against a Minor

Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a Toronto man with multiple sexual offences against a minor and are seeking additional victims to come forward. 

In July 2024, the victim, a minor, was contacted by the suspect through a social media platform. The suspect had led the victim to believe that he was a youth.

The suspect met with the victim on several occasions where he engaged in sexual activity with her. 

On August 25, 2026, the victim came forward to police after learning the suspect’s real age. 

Following an investigation, Lucien TEUFACK, 23, of Toronto, was charged with multiple offences.

Investigators are releasing an image of the suspect as they believe there are additional victims. The suspect is known on social media as ‘@itsacrificed’ and ‘@userislucien’.

A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.
