Investigators with the York Regional Police Special Victims Unit have laid additional charges against Giuseppe AGRIPPA, 42, of the City of Vaughan.
Following his arrest on March 4, 2025, multiple victims have come forward and reported similar incidents with AGRIPPA.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, additional charges were laid on April 16, 2025.
Investigators are releasing his image again and continue to appeal for any victims and potential witnesses to come forward. AGRIPPA is known to use dating apps as a method of meeting unsuspecting victims.

- Sexual Assault x13
- Voyeurism x3
- Assault x3
- Forcible Confinement x2
- Sexual Assault with Choking x2
- Choking
- Mischief Under $5,000
At the time of his arrest, AGRIPPA was out on release orders from the charges laid by York Regional Police. He is currently being held for bail.
A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.
